Easy funding for families and friends
The easiest way to add funds is by logging into your Pay4Prompt account and using our secure online payment system. Families can quickly add funds with a debit or credit card, and the balance is available for the incarcerated loved one to use for AI responses. New customers receive their first AI response free after funding their account. Account balances can be viewed at any time, making it easy to manage spending and add more funds whenever needed.
Accepted payment methods
Pay4Prompt accepts secure online payments through Stripe. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Additional payment methods, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, may also be available depending on your device and location. All payments are processed securely, and funds are added to your account balance for future AI requests. We do not store your full payment card information.
Monitor your account balance
Users can view their current Pay4Prompt account balance at any time by logging into their account. The balance updates automatically after each AI request and whenever funds are added. If the balance becomes too low to cover another request, users will receive a notification prompting them to add more funds before submitting additional prompts.
